又看了一遍《大鬧天宮》，重溫童年熟悉的東西總能給人以特別的愉悅，何況是大鬧天宮這樣的佳構(gòu)：萬氏兄弟的扛鼎之作，中國動畫史的顛峰，難以想象這是40年前的作品。現(xiàn)在看來這就是那個年代的大片，萬氏導(dǎo)演、張光宇的造型設(shè)計、上譯的經(jīng)典配音、美影廠的精兵強(qiáng)將，群賢畢集，堪稱鼎盛。


當(dāng)年斥資百萬的大制作，體制化的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是可以得到各種資源的支持，不必考慮市場，不計成本的打磨精品，缺點(diǎn)當(dāng)然也不言而喻。題目把內(nèi)容限定在西游記前七回，改編中的很多變動是出于立意的考慮，當(dāng)時的調(diào)子定在反抗階級壓迫上。據(jù)萬氏60年代的文章是“反映了壓迫者與被壓迫者的尖銳的沖突與斗爭”，主要還是著力表現(xiàn)猴子的勇敢機(jī)智、頑強(qiáng)不屈。當(dāng)時不少人解西游是把猴子和玉帝的矛盾對應(yīng)為農(nóng)民和地主的矛盾，比如張?zhí)煲砭桶押镒佣ㄎ辉谄鹆x農(nóng)民領(lǐng)袖。表現(xiàn)反抗壓迫當(dāng)然不能以失敗告終，當(dāng)年毛主席有詞“不周山下紅旗亂”，并自注水神共工為反抗壓迫的英雄，一下子變成正面人物，慌得神話牛人袁珂在新版中國古代神話里趕忙作了修訂，自改前說。同樣，《大鬧天宮》里當(dāng)然不能讓如來出場，甚至觀音也沒有露面，保薦“聽調(diào)不聽宣”的灌口二郎本來是觀音jj的任務(wù)，動畫里也改成了李靖的一聲請。為了突出猴子的反抗性，對上天的態(tài)度也相應(yīng)作了修改，書里猴子還是很希望上天的。怪力亂神是動畫的好題材，但也容易觸動禁區(qū)，主創(chuàng)人員也曾有敢不敢碰的顧慮，其中一些情節(jié)，明顯就是出于這方面的考慮。李長庚請孫猴的原因，一是龍宮借寶(四海千山皆拱伏)，二是自銷死籍(九幽十類盡除名)，動畫只保留了前者，顯然因為這段涉及陰司報應(yīng)、投胎轉(zhuǎn)世的封建迷信，當(dāng)時的社會環(huán)境對這些把的很嚴(yán)，甚至地名都不放過，比如《京師街巷記》就曾改北京的“閻王廟”為“延旺廟”，50年代又改閻王廟前街、后街為遠(yuǎn)望街和遠(yuǎn)望東街。陰司這一段后來的電視劇還是又加上了，劉江飾演的閻君也很出彩。情節(jié)有刪的，也有加的，御馬監(jiān)養(yǎng)馬一段和馬天君這個角色就加得不錯，反出御馬監(jiān)這一段豐滿了不少。


一打花果山的巨靈神雖然是個墊場，但處理得很耐看，巨靈的造型采用了傳統(tǒng)臉譜的形象，跟背景音樂的鑼鼓家伙相得益彰。尤其是巨靈的配音，太帥了，于鼎在大鬧天宮里是一趕五，還配了馬天君、持國天王、二郎和李靖。于的聲音極盡夸張，配動畫和喜劇得天獨(dú)厚，小時候看老狼請客，最喜歡聽于老唱的那個歌了：“今天好運(yùn)氣，老狼請吃雞，老狼請吃雞！請吃雞，請吃雞。燒雞燒雞配美酒，正好填肚皮?？觳娇觳匠白?，越走心越急！哈哈哈哈哈，越走心越急！”巨靈神的這個片段直接影響了電視劇的處理。后來哪咤戰(zhàn)猴子那段倒處理得略嫌簡單，首先是造型，就是個傻胖小子，目光呆滯，缺少靈氣，不見三壇海會大神的高貴，有點(diǎn)央視射雕楊康的感覺。打斗中三頭六臂應(yīng)該是拿六件兵器，動畫也簡化成一槍兩圈，不熱鬧。關(guān)鍵是沒表現(xiàn)出割肉剔骨的那股狠勁兒，看不出“三天護(hù)教惡哪咤”的氣勢。二打花果山的時候因為沒有觀音jj，把四大天王的戲份兒加了，顯然是參考了封神的魔家四將，這段處理也直接影響了電視劇。


兩個老道在動畫片里全成了反面人物。太白金星被刻畫成一個口蜜腹劍的胖老頭兒，尚華的配音也深入人心，花絮里尚華還談到當(dāng)時配的時候特意加了一些“仙氣”，的確跟虎口脫險里的音色很不相同。太上老君就更慘了，影片把道祖處理成了披發(fā)仗劍的妖道，聲音有人據(jù)說是邱岳峰先生尖著嗓子配的(？!)。依當(dāng)時慣例，配音演員都沒有在演職員表中留名，但四十年后的紀(jì)念版仍然沒有補(bǔ)上這個名單，實在是個遺憾。更大的缺憾是美影廠的膠片在文革中受損，120分鐘的片子現(xiàn)在只剩下80幾分鐘。


美中不足是片子里一些細(xì)節(jié)的處理上可以更有趣一些。關(guān)于趣味性萬氏兄弟40年代的名作《鐵扇公主》處理得要好得多，雖然限于條件，這部片子現(xiàn)在看來不免粗糙，但一些小地方的想法仍不失新穎，比如豬八戒把耳朵插下來扇風(fēng)取涼，玉面狐貍抹臉變成美女，把牛魔王的金睛獸作成吹氣的恐龍，豬八戒變身的逐漸變化等等，都令人耳目一新。大鬧天宮里這種小幽默就很薄弱了，星星點(diǎn)點(diǎn)有一些，比如上靈宵殿戲天王，這個情節(jié)也被電視劇繼承了。


一個小錯誤是說錯了猴子的年齡，李長庚向玉帝說猴子的來歷時說是應(yīng)是“三百年前”，影片里作“五百年前”，有點(diǎn)隨意。下地府前是三百四十二年，兩次上天是一百幾十年，八卦爐中四十九年，被壓五百余年，從貞觀十三年往回推猴子當(dāng)生在戰(zhàn)國初年(以郭沫若前475年為春戰(zhàn)之界)。

這動畫片根本不需要寫影評，從年紀(jì)小的時候開始看，已經(jīng)不知道看過多少遍。但無論多少年后，隨時拿出來看，依然看得津津有味。
    這是國產(chǎn)動畫的巔峰之作，是我們在世界動畫史上拿出來炫技的作品，也是我們的驕傲。
    這個美猴王，那么靈動，那么桀驁不馴，那么神采奕奕，又充滿著童心，每一處細(xì)節(jié)都引人入勝。所以寫個影評，表達(dá)敬意，值得現(xiàn)在每一個動畫人學(xué)習(xí)，尤其學(xué)習(xí)這種作精品，作藝術(shù)的精神。

【相比日本動漫，中國美術(shù)片才是真正的高山仰止！】

在youtube上搜索了一下大鬧天宮（uproar in heaven），看到那些外國人在大鬧天宮的視頻下對這部動畫片的評價，有些感慨。這些外國人對這部動畫片評價之高，完全到出乎想象的地步，說成是推崇備至半點(diǎn)不過分，其實這部大鬧天宮水準(zhǔn)質(zhì)量技術(shù)之高，確實是登峰造極，沒有外國人評價，我也就是這么認(rèn)為的?？梢姾玫臇|西就是好的，民族就是世界的，真正能讓自己國家人衷心喜愛的東西，也必定會讓其他國家的人感到嘆為觀止。

In my very youth, I saw an animated Chinese film - The Monkey King - the famous story. I thought it was fantastic, very well made and so exciting. They showed this film two years in a row during christmas time on Swedish Televison but the last time was in 1980.
　　
To be frank, I don’t remember that much of the story itself, I was only 6 years old, but it was very exciting and I remember the heroic monkey with the staff wich he could make small and put in his ear.

I wonder, either this movie is exceptionally good or everything else in TV back then was simply so crap that it just had to stand out. It was back in the days of the Swedish TV monopoly with only two channels on and cartoons was an exceptional rarity.

I’ve watched this movie as well and according to David’s chronology I was at most 5 and a half years old. However I remember some of it. In addition to what already have been said, I should say that I really liked the music in this movie. Very, traditionally Chinese in my uneducated ears, and very neat, good at setting the mood. Also liked the animations, nice colors, and the story was cool. This monkey took crap from noone and he fought the Gods even. That he himself was some sort of divine being I don’t think I got when I watched it. He also had this fighting staff which he shrank and hid inside his ear when not using. All in all a great movie.

這部電影真的很棒，我很奇怪電視臺為什么不肯播放，而瑞典電視臺也只是在兩個頻道播放過幾次而已。

I just watched my Swedish video of Monkey King, it’s been 24 years since I saw it the last time. And it’s clear to me that things has changed since then. Animations is pretty ok, nothing more. The quality of the recording is bad, but the worst thing is the horrible dubbing. There’s only one voice, more like a narrator, after the dialogue between the characters is finished the narrator explains (short version so to speak)in Swedish what was said, not very entertaining. Still I like the story very much. I would love to see a remastered subtitled or properly English dubbed version on DVD someday.

I just watched this this week and really enjoyed, even without English subs. One thing, though, according to the bcdb.com entry, the original running time was 120 minutes, this version is about 85 minutes. Did not notice except the ending was possibly trimmed. Otherwise, fantastic!
　　
Another plus that I didn’t realize is that the disc also includes the 1941 b/w film Princess Iron Fan about 75 minutes long. What a great unexpected bonus.

The DVD you’re seeking has been reworked with English subtitles and is to be released very soon, if it hasn’t already been.
　　
My friend who arranged to have the subtitling done told me on Friday that the English-subtitled DVD has been completed.
　　
I was fortunate to have had the opportunity of working with the charming lady (Windy Shum) who did the translation of this film’s script into English, making suggestions on grammar and usage.
　　
I’m very anxious to get my hands on a copy as you are, so I will let you know what I learn about availability as soon as I know anything.
