1 ) 這片和出租車司機(jī)差不多劇情。
出租車司機(jī),一個(gè)越戰(zhàn)退伍精神病人為了博取心中的女孩芳心去刺殺總統(tǒng)。
似是故人來(lái),是;老兵換成了騙子,還是一個(gè)騙錢,騙物,騙色,唯獨(dú)不騙感情,也是救贖,只是出租車司機(jī)里為了救小妓女,這里換成了全鎮(zhèn)的人,特別是黑人,假如他在法庭上承認(rèn)自己是騙子,那些黑人就會(huì)沒(méi)了自己的土地。南北戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)代的。
2 ) To be or not to be?
一個(gè)聲名狼藉的人為了一個(gè)新的身份而寧愿被絞死的故事。
理查.基爾加朱迪.福斯特,陣容超強(qiáng)。兩人表演上無(wú)懈可擊,但這種組合注定了我的期望特別高,想想看“沉默羔羊”加“First Knight”是什么效果?帶著接受強(qiáng)刺激的期待心情來(lái)觀影,結(jié)果是如莫奈風(fēng)景畫(huà)般恬靜的一段“愛(ài)情”故事,多少有點(diǎn)失望。而且故事結(jié)構(gòu)的刻意戲劇化本身就會(huì)削弱演員的表現(xiàn)力。
當(dāng)然如果你靜下心來(lái),還是一部不錯(cuò)的片子。Sommersby是個(gè)人名,中文按情節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)譯為“似是故人來(lái)”,非常傳神。
3 ) 激情經(jīng)不起歲月的流逝
唐豪里和白娜拉溫存甜蜜的生活象征著超越一切善惡、真假、是非判斷的愛(ài)情。影片中法庭審判沈澤克是真是假之時(shí),也就是審判著愛(ài)情與婚姻孰為優(yōu)先的爭(zhēng)訟。
詩(shī)人永在天上奮翮飛行,追求自由也追求靈感,而戀愛(ài)乃是自由之極品、靈感之火炬,哪有舍棄之理?于是,自啟蒙時(shí)代以來(lái),人們相信“沒(méi)有愛(ài)情的婚姻是不道德的婚姻”、“愛(ài)情是婚姻的基礎(chǔ)”、“婚姻解除(離婚)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也應(yīng)該是感情破裂。(愛(ài)情鳥(niǎo)飛走了)”(這也是現(xiàn)行中國(guó)《婚姻法》的法定離婚標(biāo)準(zhǔn))
婚姻責(zé)任之產(chǎn)生乃因生活之沉重,而非因愛(ài)情。
詩(shī)人有自己的倫理準(zhǔn)則,且往往超凡脫俗、我行我素,而法律家考慮最多的還是你我一樣的俗人。
人有時(shí)候會(huì)激情的一塌糊涂,不僅騙了別人,連自己都騙。好笑的奇聞背后往往是揪心的悲痛。
你若抱我,便在以后的日子里永遠(yuǎn)抱我,你若愛(ài)我,就拿出證明。我從來(lái)沒(méi)有像愛(ài)他那樣愛(ài)你。
生命中之極美處則欲仙欲死。難道唐豪里相信其此生至美之時(shí)刻已一一實(shí)現(xiàn),就此死了也夠本了?天底下最浪漫的激情能維持多久?激情經(jīng)不起歲月的流逝。即使他與白娜拉的激情之愛(ài)再持續(xù)十年,那十年之后呢?十年之后,物是人非,夫妻間偶有爭(zhēng)吵又重翻舊年老帳,互指不是,白娜拉是否也會(huì)覺(jué)得對(duì)不起客死多年的沈澤克呢?
人們總是相信他們認(rèn)為會(huì)發(fā)生的事情。真實(shí)的生活往往如此,許多人以為已經(jīng)勝利的時(shí)候,問(wèn)題才剛剛開(kāi)始。他過(guò)去對(duì)不起的人不會(huì)因?yàn)樗裉鞂?duì)另外一批人施惠而原諒他。
長(zhǎng)大了,變老了,就開(kāi)始喜歡追本搠源。時(shí)間流逝,浮生若夢(mèng)。
《燃情歲月》中崔斯汀的男人本色是讓女人痛苦一生的男人,而sommerceby是讓女人溫柔一世的愛(ài)人。
她仿佛是第一次戀愛(ài)的女人,第一次發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)在愛(ài)里面,自己可以這樣的被人疼惜愛(ài)護(hù)和愛(ài)戀珍惜……
有些人,可以把愛(ài)看得大于一切,不是因?yàn)橛字?,天真,只是他們明白,兩人在一起,有愉悅的?nèi)心,時(shí)常滿足于每天的日子,這樣的生活,并不是每一個(gè)人都可以擁有的。
4 ) Plot
John "Jack" Sommersby left his farm to fight in the American Civil War but has not returned home afterward, and is presumed dead. Despite the hardship of working their farm without him, his apparent widow Laurel (played by Foster) is quite content in his absence, as Jack was an unpleasant and abusive husband. She even makes remarriage plans with one of her neighbors, Orin Meacham (Pullman), who despite his own hardships (such as a wooden foot, which he wears to replace one that was lost in the war) has been helping her and her young son with the farmwork.
One day, Jack (Gere) seemingly returns with a complete change of heart. He is now kind and loving to Laurel and their young son. In the evenings, he reads to them from Homer's Iliad, which the old Jack never would have done. He claims that the book was given to him by a man he met in prison, and that "War changes you; makes you appreciate things". Jack and Laurel rekindle their intimacy and Laurel soon becomes pregnant.
Displaced from his courtship of Laurel, Meacham immediately suspects this "new" Sommersby as an impostor. The town shoemaker also finds that this man's foot is two sizes smaller than the shoe template which had been made for Sommersby before the war.
In order to revive the local economy, Sommersby suggests Burley tobacco as a cash crop. He raises the seed money by selling parts of his own farm to people who will then work the land to grow tobacco. This raises further doubts in his old neighbors who believe that the "old" Jack would not be so hasty to give away his beloved father's land, as well as resentment among Confederate veterans about the inclusion of former slaves.
One black freedman living on Sommersby's land is brutally attacked and dropped at Sommersby's door, by men proclaiming themselves the Knights of the White Camellia (one of them is Meacham, distinguished by his wooden foot). Jack is threatened in an attempt to force him to exclude Black people from the landowning but he refuses, saying that they can "own what they pay for".
Upon taking the townspeople's money, he sets off to buy the tobacco seed claiming that the crops will raise enough funds to rebuild the town church. Great suspicion and skepticism falls upon him (and by association, Laurel and their son) when he does not return at the expected time. He does, however, return. All those that bought in on the deal set to work, transforming the dull and lifeless plantation into a breeding ground of promise and prosperity. Laurel gives birth to a daughter, Rachel.
Shortly after Rachel's baptism, two U.S. Marshals appear in town to arrest Jack Sommersby. He is charged with murder, which carries the death penalty if convicted. Once the trial begins, Laurel's attempts to save her husband quickly focus on the question of his identity: whether this "Jack" is who he claims to be, or a look-a-like who met the real Sommersby whilst in prison for deserting the Confederate Army.
Laurel and Jack's lawyer agree to argue that her husband is an impostor, not the same man who left Laurel to fight in the war. This would save her husband (or supposed husband) from hanging for murder, although he would still be imprisoned for several years for fraud and desertion. Meacham devises this plan in exchange for Laurel promising to marry him upon "Sommersby's" imprisonment.
Jack fires the lawyer and sets about re-establishing himself as the real Sommersby. Several witnesses are brought up to discredit this Sommersby as a fraud, and show that he is in fact Horace Townsend, an English teacher from Virginia.
One witness says that the man currently posing as Jack defrauded his township of several thousand dollars after claiming he wanted to help rebuild the schoolhouse there. Sommersby quickly discredits the man's testimony by identifying him as one of the Klansmen who had threatened him earlier. Jack also points out that Orin Meacham was another of those men, and that this is all a set-up to try and rob the new black farmers of the land they have bought. When the black judge confronts the witness on this charge, the witness snaps, "When the Yankees have all gone you'll be back in the field where you belong!" The judge silences him and sentences him to 30 days for contempt, increased to 60 days upon the man's protest.
As the drama unfolds, Jack asks Laurel to give the reason she knows he is not the "real" Jack Sommersby; she replies (after some berating) "…because I never loved him the way I love you!" With this her charade ends and she says that she believes the Jack before her to be her real husband.
The judge calls Jack to his bench to ask whether he wishes to be tried as Jack Sommersby even if it will certainly mean death by hanging. Jack glances at the freed blacks who have been farming his land, and then he glances at his wife and his daughter, who would be respectively condemned as an adulteress and a bastard child if he claimed the identity of Horace Townsend. He calmly states that he wants to be tried as John "Jack" Sommersby.
Jack is convicted of first degree murder and is sentenced to death by hanging. While awaiting death, he is asked by Laurel to tell the truth. She asks, "Are you John Sommersby?" Laurel mentions the book on Homer's works that he holds. Jack tells her the story of how he met a man who looked like him whilst in a prison and how he gave him this book. They traveled together until his friend died. He claims that he buried him under a pile of rocks on a hill top in Virginia. Laurel asks, "You mean you buried Jack?", to which Jack replies, "I mean I buried Horace."
Just then the jailers enter to transport Jack to the gallows. He asks Laurel to be amongst the crowds as he cannot "hang alone". She says she can't watch him die. As Jack Sommersby is fastened up ready to hang, Laurel makes her way to the front of the crowd. Jack calls for her, claiming to the executioner that he "isn't ready". She then calls back and the two see each other. The hood is pulled over and a trap door can be heard opening.
The closing scenes show Laurel walking up a hill with flowers. She then kneels by the grave of "Jack Sommersby" and lays the flowers down for him. It is revealed that work is being done on the steeple of the village church, as Jack had wished.

家里值錢的東西都給人搶走,經(jīng)歷戰(zhàn)亂,然后生活一貧如洗,只剩下空蕩蕩的屋子,和僅存的胸針……
必須獨(dú)自勞作,每天忙田里的事情。
有一個(gè)人始終默默的幫忙,那是一個(gè)退伍的軍人,裝了一只假肢,只是因?yàn)橄矚g她,多年來(lái)默默在背后幫忙,并且等待守候。
其實(shí)都知道,女人一直都知道對(duì)方對(duì)他的心意。
就是差那么一點(diǎn)點(diǎn),就答應(yīng)了。
只差那么一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)。
六年以后,多年前去參軍的先生回來(lái)。她第一個(gè)反應(yīng)是去梳妝打扮……
緊張的樣子,就像剛談戀愛(ài)的忐忑模樣。
不是沒(méi)有感情的,她其實(shí)開(kāi)始的時(shí)候愛(ài)他的丈夫的。
以為回來(lái)的真是自己的丈夫,在黑暗的房間里,手上只有一個(gè)風(fēng)燈,淡淡的光影照在兩人的身上,他們好久沒(méi)有如此親昵的坐在一起。
我那時(shí)候其實(shí)挺愛(ài)你的……她說(shuō)。
但是,你后來(lái)的態(tài)度,你的個(gè)性,所有的這些東西……
他無(wú)語(yǔ),誰(shuí)知道他心里的感受呢,只有他知道自己的真相。
他說(shuō),沒(méi)有想到,你是如此的美,笑起來(lái)這樣的好看,今后,我一定讓你時(shí)常開(kāi)心的笑!
所有的人,都以為失蹤了六年的人終于回來(lái)了,煥然一新,溫文爾雅知書(shū)達(dá)禮……
只有枕邊的妻子知道他不是。
但是,有什么關(guān)系呢。
他曾經(jīng)很擔(dān)心她會(huì)看出來(lái)。
他說(shuō),我……我都忘記了我們是怎么在一起的……
她答,有什么關(guān)系呢,這些都不重要。
是的,都不重要。
明知道這個(gè)人只是像自己的丈夫,但卻絕不可能是自己的丈夫。
卻不要緊。
她仿佛是第一次戀愛(ài)的女人,第一次發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)在愛(ài)里面,自己可以這樣的被人疼惜愛(ài)護(hù)和愛(ài)戀珍惜……
是的,只要這些,就夠了。
她會(huì)愛(ài)上他,而他,也慢慢的愛(ài)上了她。
有時(shí)將錯(cuò)就錯(cuò),不過(guò)是因?yàn)樨潙佟?br>貪戀的東西,就像她說(shuō)的。以前我們的日子很富足,但是,那時(shí)我時(shí)常覺(jué)得痛苦。現(xiàn)在,我們的日子一貧如洗,但是從來(lái)沒(méi)有這樣的快樂(lè)過(guò)。

6 ) 是誰(shuí)又何妨
是Jack.sommerceby,不,是湯森,不,是Jack.sommerceby."你怎么知道,你怎么知道,你怎么知道,因?yàn)槲覐膩?lái)沒(méi)有向愛(ài)他那樣愛(ài)你.”
這就是《似是故人來(lái)》,我是在一次次否定和肯定中看完了此片。到頭來(lái),他究竟是誰(shuí)?我寧愿相信他是她所愛(ài)的人,不管你是誰(shuí)。只因我愛(ài)你,不管你做過(guò)什么,我知道我愛(ài)你。這才是愛(ài)情,只有女人愿意相信的愛(ài)情,與現(xiàn)實(shí)功利的、交易的、目的性的愛(ài)情格格不入。
真的再一次被Richard.Gere那紳士而儒雅的風(fēng)度而折服。讓我看到了他的另一面,三次拍著桌子問(wèn)勞拉,你怎么知道,你怎么知道,你怎么知道。野性,男人的本色。而同是男人的本色,《燃情歲月》中崔斯汀的男人本色又是另一種。崔斯汀是讓女人痛苦一生的男人,而sommerceby是讓女人溫柔一世的愛(ài)人。這就是Richard.Gere詮釋的sommerceby
7 ) 短評(píng)
并不算非常認(rèn)真的看完了整部電影,一開(kāi)始是為了課程要求就點(diǎn)開(kāi)邊做事邊看,到后面被劇情吸引了甚至哭了。
因?yàn)槭菑姆傻慕嵌仍噲D分析電影情節(jié),我不禁開(kāi)始思考是否存在可能的其他出路,比如解釋真實(shí)身份,證明jack已經(jīng)死了,再由女主作為繼承人和居民們簽合同。我一直覺(jué)得接受死刑不是一個(gè)好的選擇,直到再去思考男主本人的過(guò)去,他并非一個(gè)好人,可以說(shuō)有一段灰暗的過(guò)去?;蛟S在他的心里厭惡自己,他“殺死了”自己,以jack sommersby的身份才能獲得新的生活,擁有嶄新的愛(ài)情。因此,他寧愿死亡。不只是為了守護(hù)愛(ài)人和家人,也為了讓自己不愧此生。
8 ) 其實(shí)這是一個(gè)看似狗血其實(shí)很理智的愛(ài)情故事
這電影最大bug是男主冒充女主已死的丈夫,回到家鄉(xiāng)后,初見(jiàn)面所有人都沒(méi)發(fā)現(xiàn)異樣。所以設(shè)定必定是男主跟女主的丈夫相貌一致。這在現(xiàn)實(shí)中是多么神奇和不可能的事。但在看的時(shí)候突然想到廣告牌,這電影也有不現(xiàn)實(shí)的地方,發(fā)泄過(guò)甚,例如無(wú)辜人被扔下樓,把警局燒了,主角們做了這些事后竟然都不用坐牢不用承擔(dān)責(zé)任?雖然導(dǎo)演是想通過(guò)前面的沖突發(fā)泄表現(xiàn)后期主角們的改變,可能是講愛(ài)和包容又或者是表明憤怒讓一個(gè)人,一個(gè)受害人做出更不理智的事來(lái),但不管如何,表演還是挺“過(guò)火”的,所以有時(shí)就當(dāng)這些劇情都是服務(wù)工具,不要太糾結(jié)。
除了這個(gè)bug其他就沒(méi)了,雖然男主在跟女主丈夫長(zhǎng)期相處過(guò)程中已經(jīng)摸清熟悉男主的家鄉(xiāng),鄰居朋友以及妻子了,他也融入這個(gè)環(huán)境,還帶領(lǐng)村民們種煙草致富,和女主感情也與日俱增的好起來(lái),這時(shí)候女主丈夫犯的命案浮出水面,既然男主現(xiàn)在的身份是女主丈夫,他要承擔(dān)原主的罪和懲罰。這就是生活,在準(zhǔn)備告別過(guò)去,躊躇滿志的時(shí)候,給你沉重一擊,而且這不僅僅是簡(jiǎn)單的告別過(guò)去,而是一個(gè)占有他人位置/身份的人能一直平安順?biāo)煜氯??無(wú)論如何,這里面隱藏著不道德和不公平。
男主被帶去受審,許多村民跟隨他給他帶去精神上的支持。這期間女主已經(jīng)從懷疑到確定男主的真實(shí)身份,他們決意要幫男主脫罪,找到了一個(gè)認(rèn)識(shí)男主身份的人,那人清晰無(wú)比指出男主姓名是Horace Townsend,而不是Jack,還是一個(gè)騙子。無(wú)可挑剔的證人和證詞,在法庭將要結(jié)案的一瞬,男主認(rèn)出這位無(wú)可挑剔的證人就是前往他家放火的行兇人之一,而放火的原因是男主要把土地賣給黑人,極端仇視黑人的證人去給男主警告, 「所以英明的法官閣下,這位證人今天來(lái)到法庭真實(shí)目的是為了阻止交易,因?yàn)楫?dāng)我不是jack,這些協(xié)議便沒(méi)有任何法律效應(yīng)?!棺C人惱羞成怒甚至出言不遜侮辱黑人法官,很快他被法官判罰帶走,唯一有利的證人和證詞就此作廢。導(dǎo)演和編劇合乎情理地把男主的生路一條條堵死。
劇情當(dāng)然不會(huì)如此平淡,最后女主親自上庭,法庭上的這場(chǎng)戲很好,基本填上了之前所有的坑以及回答了觀眾看電影時(shí)產(chǎn)生的疑問(wèn)。特別是男主連續(xù)質(zhì)問(wèn)女主「How do you know」時(shí)女主激動(dòng)地脫口而出「I know because I never loved him the way that I love you.」毫無(wú)防備地就擊中你的淚腺。男女主來(lái)往交鋒不斷,男主一直不緊不慢,向女主拋出了3個(gè)問(wèn)題,一如果我不是Jack,這些與村民簽訂的合約就無(wú)效了,你忍心看這些人一無(wú)所有嗎?女主應(yīng)該是不會(huì)考慮的,在她心中救他是唯一目標(biāo),為此她都能置自己名聲不顧,何況村民。于是男主又問(wèn)她第二個(gè)問(wèn)題,你以為真相大白后,你和孩子還能毫無(wú)顧慮的生活在這土地上嗎?和私生子等待著詐騙犯出獄歸來(lái)?你親生兒子會(huì)是什么想法?導(dǎo)演應(yīng)該是參考了那個(gè)時(shí)代背景,清教主義從英國(guó)開(kāi)始,后來(lái)隨“五月花號(hào)”去了北美,在北美生根發(fā)芽,某些方面,清教徒的道德比基督教這些更保守,更有道德意識(shí)。所以女主在法庭上坦白一切后如果坐實(shí)可以說(shuō)是不貞潔了。那些村民自發(fā)支持男主是因?yàn)檫@對(duì)夫妻優(yōu)秀的品格,女主自不必說(shuō),在丈夫走后,勤勞持家,自立,男主持重勇敢,不遠(yuǎn)萬(wàn)里為村民求來(lái)煙草種子。而當(dāng)真實(shí)呈現(xiàn)在眾面前,一個(gè)是冒名頂替的詐騙犯,一個(gè)是不貞潔,村民們會(huì)用什么態(tài)度對(duì)待他們,人性是不可測(cè)的。這個(gè)問(wèn)題不是平白問(wèn)的,人脫離不了環(huán)境,所以女主愣住了,她想了下說(shuō)當(dāng)詐騙犯被關(guān)幾年總好過(guò)被吊死。男主語(yǔ)氣柔緩跟她說(shuō),「那樣,我就死了.」這是男主最后拋給女主的問(wèn)題,這里有他的一切,做回原主就什么都沒(méi)了,他一點(diǎn)不想死,如果能找出兩全其美的方法,他會(huì)毫不猶豫去照做然后毫無(wú)負(fù)擔(dān)的回家。但不行,為了保有這個(gè)身份,他寧愿付出生命代價(jià)。他唯一的要求是行刑的時(shí)候女主能在場(chǎng)。男主在絞刑架旁因?yàn)榫o張大聲呼喊著女主的名字,她奮力從人群中擠出來(lái),走到他的面前,在女主柔情的注視下,男主呼吸從急促漸至平靜。
女主說(shuō)「你以后每日都要抱我,你說(shuō)愛(ài)我便做給我看,做個(gè)父親,和我終老,這樣才是愛(ài)?!苟院筮@愛(ài)要超越時(shí)間和空間的屏障,那人看不見(jiàn)摸不著卻真實(shí)存在著,存在于血緣中,存在于以Jcck命名的煙草中,存在于村民的懷念中。女主回到家鄉(xiāng),人們都在幫她,她幸福安穩(wěn)地繼續(xù)生活在這里,這就是他給的愛(ài)。
“我知你不是我的丈夫,因我從未像愛(ài)你那樣深愛(ài)過(guò)他?!闭麄€(gè)故事的內(nèi)核其實(shí)是很溫情的,細(xì)節(jié)也很動(dòng)人。在世俗偏見(jiàn)和內(nèi)心情感的糾結(jié)中,如果你不能戰(zhàn)勝前者,那只是因?yàn)槟銗?ài)的還不夠深。
編劇貌似有著想要在細(xì)節(jié)中透露真相的想法,但是就是表現(xiàn)的太不明顯了,除了男對(duì)Jack這個(gè)名字的反應(yīng)其他我都沒(méi)注意到…不過(guò)農(nóng)場(chǎng)片時(shí)長(zhǎng)短實(shí)在很好,不像《冷山》《澳大利亞》…刮胡子時(shí)的那句it was never the money,小foster又出現(xiàn)了,才姐后來(lái)的片都沒(méi)有小時(shí)候那種神韻了啊
朱迪福斯特真美啊。愛(ài)情是波希米亞的浪蕩兒,從來(lái)就不懂什么叫法律。
感人 感動(dòng) 朱迪福斯特 RichardGere Jodie.Foster 3星半才對(duì), 4星要給茱迪姐姐....
看了兩遍了,字幕不同步,第一次看的時(shí)候哭得很委屈。
【劇透預(yù)警】……故事會(huì)曾經(jīng)有一個(gè)差不多的故事。……偷換身份題材的影視劇很多,本片算是最不好看的,劇本就是個(gè)問(wèn)題。一個(gè)人的轉(zhuǎn)變,不能太突兀了?!速M(fèi)了朱迪福斯特這樣的好演員?!尘笆?867年,剛好是南北戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)結(jié)束的2年后,對(duì)這一部分的歷史背景稍微說(shuō)了一下,但也是戛然而止?!凑龥](méi)反轉(zhuǎn),很荒謬,不感動(dòng)?!切┟髦皇潜救说拿癖?,為了擁有私人土地,就這樣開(kāi)開(kāi)心心的看著他死了。不知道這個(gè)電影想表達(dá)什么。
故事很假 但是真的很有感覺(jué) 喜歡二位主演的表現(xiàn)
他想以死換清白,卻擋不住分了田的農(nóng)民閑言碎語(yǔ)。
看完此片不知如何下筆寫(xiě)影評(píng)。一塊坐牢六年的真男主(地主)死后其哥們頂替或者說(shuō)幫他完成遺愿回到了莊園,帶領(lǐng)鄉(xiāng)親們種煙草致富,直到被指控牽扯到一宗謀殺案。承認(rèn)假冒還是承認(rèn)謀殺去面臨絞刑,為了給已故男主維護(hù)樹(shù)立的美好形象和村民利益他選擇了后者。最經(jīng)典的實(shí)屬法庭上逼問(wèn)出妻子的那句真心話。

影片復(fù)古風(fēng)很濃,劇情中規(guī)中矩,節(jié)奏較慢,溫吞如水。另,我不認(rèn)為男最后攬下罪名是為了“把杰克最好的一面留給他人”,他在分給鄉(xiāng)鄰?fù)恋氐臅r(shí)候,是以男主人“杰克?墨索斯比”的身份進(jìn)行的,假如他承認(rèn)自己不是杰克,那就意味著自己分田的一切文件均可作廢,人們必須重新交還土地,他的努力,人們的生活就全完了。

兩個(gè)人的演法都不是那么外放,所以這種定義真假的戲碼就微微有些薄弱了,朱迪福斯特還是表現(xiàn)的很好,法庭戲段尤佳。
開(kāi)篇第一鏡,就是基爾埋葬了真杰克。第一段講基爾冒充杰克打完南北戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)回家(家鄉(xiāng)人說(shuō)揚(yáng)基人如何如何,所以是美國(guó)南方人);第二段寫(xiě)基爾攤上了杰克的人命案子,但抵死說(shuō)自己就是杰克;末節(jié)基爾跟福斯特訴衷腸,最后送死。目前這個(gè)劇本問(wèn)題很大,第一段,發(fā)小們和老婆福斯特為何認(rèn)不出這個(gè)是假杰克?就算倆人奇像,但第一場(chǎng)戲就把真杰克埋了,沒(méi)給觀眾留下直觀印象,第一段主要寫(xiě)基爾轉(zhuǎn)讓杰克家土地、帶鄉(xiāng)親們種煙草致富,和福斯特的關(guān)系是略寫(xiě),這導(dǎo)致第二段福斯特要他承認(rèn)真實(shí)身份的真情告白來(lái)得突然——咋就愛(ài)上了呢?而且基爾為何散發(fā)土地(其實(shí)他曾經(jīng)做過(guò)坑蒙拐騙的事),以致于寧死也要裝杰克到底,這么做到底有何目的?這點(diǎn)沒(méi)有揭發(fā)就讓基爾看起來(lái)像個(gè)精神病,而且鄉(xiāng)親們怕合約失效紛紛說(shuō)他就是杰克,如此自私下流的一群人,基爾也要豁出命成全?
