Filmed live on stage at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, CA, this not-to-be-missed high energy show stars Original Broadway cast members Jeremy Jordan as "Jack Kelly," Kara Lindsay as "Katherine," Ben Fankhauser as "Davey" and Andrew Keenan-Bolger as "Crutchie". They're joined by North American Tour stars Steve Blanchard as "Joseph Pulitzer," and Aisha de Haas as "Medda Larkin," and Ethan Steiner as "Les" along with members of both the Broadway and North American Tour ensembles, filling the stage with more "newsies" and more dancing than ever before. Set in New York City at the turn of the century and based on a true story, Newsies is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a ragged band of teenaged 'newsies,' who dreams only of a better life far from the hardship of the streets. But when publishing titans Joseph Pulitzer and William Randolph Hearst raise distribution prices at the newsboys' expense, Jack finds a cause to fight for and rallies newsies from across the city to strike and take a stand for what's right.

2016官攝，也許是因?yàn)殓R頭晃來(lái)晃去導(dǎo)致Act 1看不進(jìn)去，所以只給Act 2打分。這部劇對(duì)于很多人都是很特別的存在吧。
劇情很簡(jiǎn)單，舞臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)很有趣。都是耳熟能詳?shù)母璋。?！把Jeremy Jordan找回來(lái)演Jack好評(píng)！！看到一堆元?dú)鉂M(mǎn)滿(mǎn)的小伙子在舞臺(tái)上唱唱跳跳我就特別開(kāi)心...他們都是紐約之王！！?

雖然劇情單薄了一點(diǎn)，但舞蹈編排真的超級(jí)棒！非常非常適合看現(xiàn)場(chǎng)感受荷爾蒙的作品

2019.09.11超級(jí)燃！舞臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)處處彰顯“劇組有錢(qián)”，編舞實(shí)在驚艷，ACT 1的《The World Will Know》看得人熱淚盈眶。
歡樂(lè)勵(lì)志美國(guó)夢(mèng)，果然很迪士尼。舞蹈太燃了，歌曲也不錯(cuò)，雖然深度不足，但歡樂(lè)足夠。有這么一群能歌善舞元?dú)鉂M(mǎn)滿(mǎn)的報(bào)童小哥哥，請(qǐng)給我來(lái)一打好么(つ?｀*)
哇哇全都是又唱又跳的可愛(ài)的男孩子！歌也好聽(tīng)！普利策真是教科書(shū)般的反派了，一個(gè)典型的資本主義高速發(fā)展時(shí)期對(duì)無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)進(jìn)行殘酷剝削的資本家形象…報(bào)童罷工、集會(huì)、游行，一套齊了，我連看這種音樂(lè)劇都會(huì)想，一個(gè)國(guó)家把追求平等放在重要的位置，應(yīng)該是它真正強(qiáng)大的必經(jīng)之路。人民的聲音應(yīng)該被聽(tīng)到，而不是把人民的嘴巴和耳朵通通捂住。

Disney+會(huì)員除了看Hamilton也可以康康這部，有唱跳俱佳的男孩子和更靈活的走位
舞蹈是真心出彩的元素，官攝的多角度機(jī)位切換和道具及投影的使用也要點(diǎn)贊！Jeremy的Santa Fe很有感染力！不過(guò)為什么覺(jué)得劇情還是有些拖沓了呢？
不一定有最好的故事，但有最好的energy。Jeremy Jordan的Jack Kelly，Christian Borle的Emmett Forest，也許算上Raúl Esparza的Bobby唱Being Alive，是我劇場(chǎng)里最?lèi)?ài)的三個(gè)男人。
