Pierre is a shy man whose sole focus in life is studying astrology in solitude, which is often difficult since he still lives at and studies in his parent's house. His parent's would rather he date and get married. He takes on this task with verve. Not knowing how to approach women in a romantic way, he watches how other men operate and tries to emulate them, most often without success. He ends up attracting the one woman he doesn't really want, a fun loving woman named Laurence who lives next door, but he becomes obsessed with Stella, a singer he sees on television. He believes her love song is being sung directly to him. As Pierre tries to get away from Laurence while pursuing Stella, he may miss the perfect match who may be right under his nose. 3.5星，埃泰的第一部長(zhǎng)片，可以看做是他向基頓的致敬之作，花絮中他也談到了基頓的影片七次機(jī)會(huì)，從沒(méi)想過(guò)會(huì)從事電影事業(yè)的埃泰將自己對(duì)電影所有的愛(ài)都傾瀉在了銀幕上，也因此感動(dòng)了多少同樣也是影癡的觀影人。。。

有幸在大規(guī)模公映前在電影課上看到這部經(jīng)典之作。
Pierre étaix的技巧挺多的，融合了肢體和道具，還有剪輯手法。但是我一度在過(guò)于積累的巧合中感到這種精致安排的乏力。
松散但是佳句真不少，一般說(shuō)來(lái)slapstick不算我的菜，但法國(guó)佬自有種優(yōu)雅氣息
裸看無(wú)字幕，看過(guò)留腳印。裸看也歡樂(lè)，字幕素浮云~
只有法國(guó)人才能拍出如此優(yōu)雅的喜?。‰娪袄锏呐藗€(gè)個(gè)漂亮死了！

精彩！可以媲美Keaton最直接俐落的那些默片經(jīng)典。
太前衛(wèi)了。Pierre Etaix竟然愛(ài)上了扮成女歌星的自己。影片的每個(gè)角色都是個(gè)各自的“求愛(ài)者”，直到結(jié)尾女仆離開(kāi)時(shí)的一段表白，仿佛讓Pierre找到了即將錯(cuò)失的真愛(ài)，但當(dāng)他追上趕車(chē)的女仆時(shí)，命運(yùn)還是開(kāi)了一個(gè)小小玩笑～
