百講這次為我們帶來了波蘭導(dǎo)演、新現(xiàn)實(shí)主義大師沃伊?希·哈斯改編自布魯諾·舒爾茨短片 小說的電影。兩小時(shí)的電影中,哈斯在支離破碎的沙漏時(shí)間里,編制構(gòu)建起了一場主人公約瑟夫的 夢(mèng)。從哥特式支離破碎的列?上下?,到墓碑前的凝視,我們跟著約瑟夫一起,在瑰麗的色彩和華 麗的轉(zhuǎn)場中,感受到了導(dǎo)演在時(shí)間紐結(jié)的載體下,對(duì)于戰(zhàn)爭、宗教、政治、命運(yùn)等多個(gè)議題的討 論。任何試圖用情節(jié)分析去詮釋這章華彩的時(shí)間詠嘆調(diào)的嘗試都會(huì)是徒勞,筆者在這里就電影中幾 處視聽感官上觸動(dòng)人心之處進(jìn)行探討,嘗試寫下自己的拙?和感觸。
影片的開頭和結(jié)尾很有意思,以一個(gè)窗外景物的固定鏡頭開始,變焦到環(huán)視整個(gè)陰暗的哥特 列?,影片的現(xiàn)實(shí)冷色調(diào)在此埋下了基礎(chǔ);結(jié)尾是一個(gè)下?lián)u鏡頭,導(dǎo)演讓我們把目光從療養(yǎng)院下降 到墓碑里,和開頭如出一轍的色彩象征著衰敗和死亡。整個(gè)電影在男主到達(dá)療養(yǎng)院進(jìn)入房間之后, 直到一片白光夢(mèng)醒時(shí)分,主要部分都在瑰麗的想象世界中進(jìn)行,色彩的轉(zhuǎn)移也讓我們很好地察覺電 影情緒的轉(zhuǎn)移變化。
約瑟夫的夢(mèng),他擺弄時(shí)間的沙漏,我們是在一個(gè)個(gè)華麗的轉(zhuǎn)場中感受到的。哈斯很巧妙的借 用一些空間上分割表意的媒介,來呈現(xiàn)情節(jié)時(shí)間情景場所的變化。導(dǎo)演三次讓男主?從床鋪餐桌底 下爬出,每次爬出就回到了一個(gè)時(shí)間上全新,空間上熟知的場所。第一次是從故事開始時(shí)間點(diǎn)范疇 的家鄉(xiāng)小鎮(zhèn),在情婦阿黛拉的家里出逃到繁榮的集市碰?父親,從而引出電影夢(mèng)境段落中最絢爛荒 誕的場景;第二次是在比安卡的床下面再一次逃離到家中,再一次對(duì)父親的尋找,引出小鎮(zhèn)上對(duì)于 宗教的討論;最后一次是從小鎮(zhèn)的圣餐桌子下面回到療養(yǎng)院,目睹蠟像復(fù)活的圣跡。每次利用狹窄 空間的轉(zhuǎn)場都象征著約瑟夫?qū)τ谄扑榈纳陈r(shí)間的全新認(rèn)知。另一個(gè)令人拍案叫絕的轉(zhuǎn)場方式是利 用水平上的視?移動(dòng)來切換空間。男主第一次就是在破窗縫隙之間窺視,看到女護(hù)士帶領(lǐng)新的家屬 來到療養(yǎng)院進(jìn)而鏡頭平推來到男主的夢(mèng)境,再次摘開遮擋已經(jīng)是母親的家中。之后的電影夢(mèng)境文本 中也多次出現(xiàn)平移視?帶來空間轉(zhuǎn)場的效果,每一次都是導(dǎo)演給觀眾心理上對(duì)于情節(jié)跳切的暗示和 準(zhǔn)備,約瑟夫既是自己時(shí)空夢(mèng)境幻想的主體也是平行鏡面的觀測者,他在擺弄時(shí)間的同時(shí)也逃不過 時(shí)間紐結(jié)的作用。
影片最出彩之處自然是關(guān)于時(shí)間和空間的探討,不論是視覺直觀的呈現(xiàn)方式還是借由男主人 公臺(tái)詞留下的哲學(xué)思考都令人印象深刻。視覺上哈斯多用?鏡頭,不同時(shí)空維度的景別設(shè)置色彩分 明,讓觀眾隨著約瑟夫一起夢(mèng)境遨游,感受時(shí)空交替。電影從引路的列?員作為開始,男主來到父 親的療養(yǎng)院尋找自我,最后夢(mèng)醒,約瑟夫從床上起身,被醫(yī)生和護(hù)士穿戴上吊燈,繼承了列?員和
父親的雙重身份。最后對(duì)于墓地的收?qǐng)鲧R頭和男主與醫(yī)生的爭辯,也是很明顯的對(duì)于沙漏時(shí)空下約 瑟夫走向死亡的情節(jié)暗示。醫(yī)生一開始暗示父親已經(jīng)死亡,但療養(yǎng)院想辦法凍結(jié)時(shí)間;在夢(mèng)境中約 瑟夫和大象?戲團(tuán)關(guān)于偉大的討論;最后對(duì)于“可以擺弄空間卻沒法操縱時(shí)間”的疾呼。都讓觀眾很 容易與約瑟夫感同身受,在視覺奇觀中敬畏感受時(shí)間,同時(shí)也超脫于電影文本反思自己對(duì)于時(shí)間紐 結(jié)的把握。
當(dāng)然,影片中隨處可?的政治宗教議題以及多處隱喻也是頗為精彩。筆者對(duì)于波蘭的政治及 宗教歷史不甚了解,但哈斯用?類、?物、蠟像等多處隱喻,既達(dá)成了電影場景意項(xiàng)的構(gòu)建,也完 成了對(duì)于戰(zhàn)爭歷史的指向討論。整個(gè)電影就很容易讓觀眾置身于二戰(zhàn)前后的波蘭去理解歷史的輪 回,而其中兩次在蠟像處約瑟夫的停留是最為直白明顯的典范。首先,蠟像對(duì)于人物形象的凍結(jié)和 療養(yǎng)院對(duì)于時(shí)間沙漏的把玩不謀而合,蠟像超越簡單的機(jī)械原理開始運(yùn)動(dòng),也構(gòu)成約瑟夫夢(mèng)境中對(duì) 于時(shí)間操作的一個(gè)互文。其次,蠟像歷史人物的設(shè)置也讓電影故事放置介于戰(zhàn)爭歷史背景之中。最 后,蠟像的運(yùn)動(dòng),形成視覺奇觀,和?類的靜止構(gòu)成了令人嘆為觀止的對(duì)比。
最后,影片充盈的想象力,對(duì)于后世影史作品的影響也是顯而易?的。第一次出現(xiàn)于小鎮(zhèn)上 的工人歌舞表演,炫目的詠嘆旋轉(zhuǎn)鏡頭,在匈牙利詩意電影導(dǎo)演?拉塔爾的電影中可以多次找到對(duì) 應(yīng),如《鯨??戲團(tuán)》;對(duì)于奇觀的塑造,恰到好處的環(huán)境背景音和色彩拿捏似乎在科波拉的《現(xiàn) 代啟示錄》中得到了傳承;對(duì)于夢(mèng)境的現(xiàn)實(shí)的交織、荒誕的宗教隱喻、特別是樓梯上房間里的裸女 情色暗示,又很難讓人不想到南斯拉夫?qū)а輲焖箞D里卡的史詩巨作《地下》等等。哈斯將奇觀的完 美展現(xiàn)和政治哲學(xué)的探討隱喻融為一體,讓觀眾徹底沉浸于他編織出的奇幻世界。

沒有看過小說原著,也沒有了解過導(dǎo)演風(fēng)格以及創(chuàng)作背景,僅僅被它瑰麗的畫面吸引過來,簡單記錄一下粗糙的感覺。
第一感受是灰塵味和發(fā)霉的甜膩氣息。
一定是那種長久無人問津的城堡才特有的灰塵味兒和樹上唯一一個(gè)快要腐爛掉的蘋果所散發(fā)出來的甜膩氣息?;覔鋼溆謸u晃晃的開場,是疲憊旅程的引子。一進(jìn)入療養(yǎng)院,鼻子口腔都被迫吸入了灰塵 ,接著主人公的四處闖入游走,一直被那種不適的發(fā)霉的甜膩氣息包裹,直到故事結(jié)束。父親離去,而唯一一顆蘋果掉落。
其次是思緒被切碎,邏輯遭遇阻礙,遠(yuǎn)在個(gè)人體驗(yàn)之外的奇特感覺。
邏輯經(jīng)驗(yàn)無法在這里得到任何有效回應(yīng),這是夢(mèng)里也不曾有過的場面。門和床底是觸發(fā)思緒游走的開關(guān),或者是把眼睛閉上在重新睜開,非常意識(shí)流的表達(dá)。療養(yǎng)院是大型的時(shí)間沙漏,約瑟夫在自己的時(shí)間里隨意游走,到處都是蜘蛛網(wǎng)和厚厚的灰塵,這些部分也許是他平日里極少觸碰的記憶,封閉在某個(gè)角落,很久遠(yuǎn)也很少打開。這些記憶思緒圖像是我完全沒整明白的地方,但以倒推的方式往回看,沒有誰能真正把握自己。無邏輯的表達(dá),錯(cuò)亂的圖像,詩話的語言在意識(shí)里是非常合理的。通過無法被完美整合的表面,可能會(huì)更接近真相或者是真實(shí)。這份真相對(duì)于觀眾我而言是無意義的,或者我并不在意,但對(duì)我們每個(gè)人而言,那些看起來無邏輯又混亂卻不斷在沙漏里重新?lián)炱饋淼乃查g都暗藏著每個(gè)人的內(nèi)心。
第三感受是來自于父親,也或許除了約瑟夫,印象最深刻的人是父親,我的感觀體驗(yàn),灰塵味兒,發(fā)霉的腐爛,很大程度都是瀕死的父親賦予,約瑟夫的時(shí)間里,父親在各個(gè)場合都顯得從容睿智,被眾人圍繞,唯獨(dú)最后的獨(dú)白,他訴說了隱秘的孤獨(dú)。
暫時(shí)就這樣吧,有時(shí)間看看原著。
五光十色,怪異詭譎的夢(mèng)境!
將現(xiàn)實(shí)、幻覺、夢(mèng)境、回憶雜糅于一體,通過詭異的蒙太奇手法轉(zhuǎn)場,讓人摸不著頭腦。
好吧,說實(shí)話,我沒看懂........
我連看了三遍,同時(shí)將《沙漏做招牌的療養(yǎng)院》看了大半本,才模糊地理解了導(dǎo)演想表達(dá)的情感。

一切似乎都失去了意義,留下的只有麻木的我們。
幻像在回憶中盲目遊走,時(shí)間就像是沙漏,不斷地倒置,不斷地流瀉。
村上當(dāng)年是否看過這部電影,那里多像初冬的阿美寮。這是夢(mèng),所以劇情銜接完全凌亂,但可以感知到主線和背景:尋找晚年的父親,家鄉(xiāng)的店鋪,小鎮(zhèn),童年的歷險(xiǎn),隱秘的欲望,交織糾纏。日有所思,夜有所想,他的鄉(xiāng)愁濃烈。美術(shù)超贊超花心思,73年的電影,且都是物理設(shè)景不會(huì)有電腦特技的侵襲。2014.5.17
太強(qiáng)大了。很多處看得非常感動(dòng),快刀的字幕翻譯雖然有點(diǎn)別扭,但可以自行腦補(bǔ)其中詩意,畫面感很好。對(duì)父子的感情描寫得抽象又細(xì)致,有個(gè)遞進(jìn)的過程,個(gè)人感覺更像是一個(gè)心中有愧的青年來到養(yǎng)老院看望臨終父親的精神描摹,但視角有些利用父親的神志不清。全片太有夢(mèng)的狀態(tài)了,要知道還原夢(mèng)有多難。
很奇幻很詭異,不知道波蘭還曾拍過這種片子,那是1973年啊,很可惜原著沒看過,不是很能搞懂其中的意思,但大致還算分明,鏡頭很有意思,音樂和美術(shù)十分出色,場景也很迷幻!
太奇幻的時(shí)空交錯(cuò)哲學(xué)片了,沒能看懂,先標(biāo)。。重看再更新。。這片production design、攝影什么的都太強(qiáng)了,修復(fù)版值得等
觀于歐盟電影展,天主教國家就是腦洞大,通向死亡的列車,由盲人列車員引路,最后主人公也成了列車員,別具一格的東歐猶太傳統(tǒng),波蘭小鎮(zhèn),奧匈帝國開國皇帝弗朗茨約瑟夫的王室爭斗,兩度穿越,倒敘個(gè)人的歷史和國家的歷史,討論時(shí)間和歷史的關(guān)系,到最后回歸主人公的成長史本身,要素很多,大開大闔。來時(shí)剛剛飄雪,前門樓子燈火輝煌,散場的時(shí)候已是燈火闌珊,只有雪還在下,觀影恍如隔世,一如電影本身。
8.0/10。FUCK?。。。?!瘋?cè)嗽簠f(xié)奏曲。這片簡直太讓我想起祖拉斯基了。異端,恐怖,奇幻,隱喻,謎一般的賞心悅目;色調(diào)、服裝、布景、構(gòu)圖、臺(tái)詞、鏡頭,如癡如狂,如夢(mèng)如幻,牛逼得有些過份。|我借此火得度一生的茫茫黑夜。這是波蘭人自己的《格利佛漫游記》。
截止當(dāng)下,本人看過的最詭異、怪誕、奇幻的電影,沒有之一。電影從不合常規(guī)的列車車窗外的枯樹杈開始,男主角下車經(jīng)過亂葬崗步入所謂醫(yī)院的城堡,結(jié)滿蜘蛛網(wǎng)的餐桌,凌亂擺設(shè)與父親、母親、幼時(shí)偷窺的妓女、戀人……蠟像館、父親的病房、父親的布店……毫無邏輯,場景如同夢(mèng)境版切換……是場夢(mèng)?還是臨終前回光返照式的人生回溯?值得一提的是這部波蘭電影拍攝于1973年,編導(dǎo)的想象力實(shí)在豐富,但是這部肯定不能獲得大多數(shù)人的青睞。
說因?yàn)榀燄B(yǎng)院是影射走下坡的波蘭政府,1973年其實(shí)不被允許選送戛納,是偷偷“走私”到了法國然后拿下的評(píng)審團(tuán)獎(jiǎng)。Has刻意用三個(gè)不同顏色濾鏡來拍三條時(shí)間線,勾兌編織在地獄靈界似的療養(yǎng)院里,處處詭異影射二戰(zhàn)法西斯對(duì)波蘭猶太人的迫害屠殺。時(shí)間不是直線,而以螺旋狀循環(huán)輪回在兩個(gè)平行世界。很妙。
波蘭“幻想現(xiàn)實(shí)主義”神作之一,某種關(guān)于歷史和國家的變形表述是這類影片的常態(tài)。這部影片根據(jù)布魯諾?舒爾茨的若干短篇小說改編(不只同名短篇),完全是夢(mèng)的結(jié)構(gòu),失序的時(shí)間循環(huán)往復(fù)是其最大亮點(diǎn)。影片轉(zhuǎn)場極有想法,廣角鏡頭也用得很有風(fēng)格??上е凶痔珷€看的云山霧罩的……
不知道畢贛和楊超看過這片子沒 但今年突然出現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)對(duì)時(shí)間的不確定性如此表達(dá) 不由得讓人聯(lián)想到這位波蘭大師 然而 如果說哈斯對(duì)時(shí)間不確定性與進(jìn)入一個(gè)時(shí)間無法被限制的空間里的表達(dá)是優(yōu)秀的 那么國內(nèi)某些人效仿的這個(gè)小套路所用的手法只能說是拙劣的
喜歡時(shí)空的穿梭。可是電影對(duì)白高度詩化,難以理解。
#2019歐盟影展##百老匯電影中心#EUFF沒有掌聲的一次放映,不是因?yàn)椴缓?,相反是因?yàn)樘吧瘛绷?。氣質(zhì)獨(dú)特乃至詭譎怪誕堪比《卡里加里博士的小屋》,男主從墳?zāi)挂恢迸赖疥栭g的長鏡頭驚世駭俗,也是影史經(jīng)典收尾之一。卡夫卡式的怪誕,浮生若夢(mèng)亦真亦幻,那個(gè)氣氛詭異可以讓時(shí)間靜止甚至倒流的療養(yǎng)院,未嘗不是《魔山》的翻版,是生死愛欲的另一場放蕩投影。除了亦生亦死似瘋未瘋的男主約瑟夫,那個(gè)存活在回憶里的父親是影片的另一主角。過去乃至人類歷史都是鮮活荒誕的,而現(xiàn)世卻是死一樣的靜寂,宛如瘟疫過后的屠場。鳥的死亡預(yù)示著什么,人的消逝又有何種意義?電影主要還是在討論時(shí)間,操控時(shí)間本身值得商榷,讓腐爛的夢(mèng)魘一般的過去重現(xiàn)更是罪惡,時(shí)間就像上帝的一張神秘之網(wǎng),深陷其中的人們歡笑哀嚎卻無濟(jì)于事,時(shí)間永遠(yuǎn)不可抗拒。
我的記憶,它們本是游蕩和迷失的書頁,如今在異象之間,它們終于結(jié)集,爾后引誘我進(jìn)入沙漏滴成的泥潭,迫使我重返,迫使我面對(duì):我是無人收聚的羊;我是蟲蛀的衣裳;我是滅絕的爛物。我制造的記憶如今制造了我,我穿行而過的語句如今穿行于我,最終它們一頁一頁,與我的一切一同消耗在無指望之中。
斷瓦殘?jiān)珷I陰夢(mèng),踽踽獨(dú)行不可拒;命將終寢舊經(jīng)復(fù),氣若游絲冢前掙。
4.5 如果說看絕大多數(shù)電影購買的都是抵達(dá)某一處的單程票,而本片卻是屬于極少數(shù)的購買了往返票的電影,只不過回來之后的世界早已不是你出發(fā)時(shí)的那一個(gè),不可思議的一個(gè)接一個(gè)的夢(mèng)境之旅,將線性的一切都徹底顛覆,作為觀眾也需要拋卻一切線性的觀影定式,去嘗試加入一個(gè)瘋癲的恐怖狂歡節(jié)游行;這不是我讀過的那個(gè)舒爾茨,這是哈斯與舒爾茨所共同創(chuàng)造的荒誕而可怖的新世界,而兩人本分屬不同的時(shí)代,卻能展現(xiàn)共通的屬性,更可見時(shí)間、歷史、人性墳?zāi)股钐幍哪欠N枯朽、腐壞不會(huì)過時(shí)
一眼就被看穿了;布景、燈光太舞臺(tái)化了;表演差;劇本在耍猴
如同對(duì)陌生人的夢(mèng)境毫無興趣。
2019-12-10歐盟影展重看,跟著長鏡在這座時(shí)間折疊朽壞、空間迷失迂回的迷宮里漫游,真的宛如做了一場長長的夢(mèng)。改編自布魯諾?舒爾茨《用沙漏做招牌的療養(yǎng)院》,但也糅合了其他短篇的事件,完整復(fù)刻大量意象---在時(shí)間斷裂的錯(cuò)層里,一個(gè)不斷出走、無限復(fù)活的父親,女王般的女管家阿德拉,丑陋鳥群(舒爾茨特別偏好)、變形蟑螂、由盛轉(zhuǎn)衰的布店。這座療養(yǎng)院是一列時(shí)光列車,事件充斥每個(gè)車廂,無關(guān)緊要的事無處安放,經(jīng)常串聯(lián)到其他車廂(時(shí)空);更是一個(gè)巨大的放置時(shí)間切片的抽屜,可正反序放映或重組,每推開一扇門就是一個(gè)全新或已踏足過的時(shí)空黑洞。于是他重游經(jīng)歷了各種大事件,近現(xiàn)代歷史被微縮進(jìn)這個(gè)時(shí)間迷宮,這是「反芻的、二手的」時(shí)間。迷人的廢墟景觀,超棒的時(shí)空轉(zhuǎn)場,想象力澎湃瑰麗,無比強(qiáng)大的東歐超現(xiàn)實(shí)?。?/p>
我穿過一個(gè)瘋子的葡萄園,那里遍地橫陳著死亡的盛宴;從一個(gè)出口爬到另一個(gè)出口,詩歌和極樂鳥在頭頂盤旋,告訴我什么是永恒的
