被影迷奉為愛情圭臬的《愛在黎明破曉前》、《愛在日落黃昏時(shí)》終于迎來了第三部《愛在午夜降臨前》。第一部中美國(guó)青年杰西（伊?！せ艨?Ethan Hawke 飾）坐火車邂逅法國(guó)女孩賽琳（朱莉·德爾佩 Julie Delpy 飾），兩人在維也納度過難忘一晚；9年后的第二部，杰西已成 為作家，他的小說讓他和賽琳在巴黎重逢，兩人于日落前再續(xù)前緣。如今又一個(gè)9年過去了，杰西與賽琳已經(jīng)一起生活并有了一對(duì)雙胞胎女兒，對(duì)人生和愛情也有了更多感悟。《愛在午夜降臨前》就是擷取他們?cè)谙ＥD伯羅奔尼撒南部小島度假的最后一天。

I'm just trying to make things better here. I tell you I love you unconditionally, I tell you that you're beautiful, I tell you that your ass looks great when you are 80. I'm trying to make you laugh. I've put up with plenty of your shit. If you think I'm just some dog that's gonna keep coming back, then you're wrong. But if you want true love, then this is it. This is real life, it's not perfect but it's real, and if you can't see it then you're blind.
2 ) 我們終其一生，也許靠某一小時(shí)的分泌物活著
still there
before和after，本來就是時(shí)間概念。
值得思考的是，before是個(gè)好詞兒，而after經(jīng)常是被省略的。比如：從此之后他們過上了幸福的生活。
至于是怎樣的生活，此處最好省略十萬字。
三部曲最佳的觀影方式必須是“實(shí)時(shí)”的——間隔十八年看三次，追求影像內(nèi)、影像外的時(shí)間同步。
在這十八年中，時(shí)間并不是導(dǎo)演虛擬的。觀眾在度過，演員也在度過。這中間沒有魔術(shù)，沒有化妝。
十八年前，你跟電影里的姑娘小伙一樣青春年少，對(duì)愛情臉紅心跳，做了關(guān)于未來的詩。
九年之前，你經(jīng)歷自我懷疑，反思掙扎，把頭伸到冰窟窿外，尋找改變的一線生機(jī)。
如今，你的心大部分石化了，內(nèi)部還殘存百分之二的嫩肉。生活已經(jīng)教會(huì)了你什么該說，什么不該說。
時(shí)間，如此浮在水面，昭然若揭。
before三部曲的主角，仿佛柏拉圖的洞穴。觀眾看不到演出的本體。倒是總有幾個(gè)影子，在眼前晃來晃去。
影子就是男人和女人。而光源，來自運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的時(shí)間。
影子們?cè)谝粋€(gè)岔路口相遇。我們也因?yàn)檫@段影像而相遇在路口。
三部的時(shí)間跨度，剛好是十八春。這個(gè)數(shù)字讓我想起張愛玲的著名描述。
說的是：“他和曼楨認(rèn)識(shí)，已經(jīng)是多年前的事了。算起來倒已經(jīng)有十四年了——真嚇人一跳！馬上使他連帶地覺得自己已老了許多。日子過得真快，尤其對(duì)于中年以后的人，十年八年都好像是指顧間的事?？墒菍?duì)于年輕人，三年五載就可以是一生一世。
”溫存的都消逝了，只剩下平靜的陳述句：“世鈞，我們回不去了?！?br>
曼楨說“回不去了”（這一句，十八年前，我是看不懂的），翻譯成英文，就是gone。這也是before的含義。
在before midnight中，核心的場(chǎng)景并不在午夜，而是海上日落。
Celine念叨著：還在，還在，還在，還在……沒了（gone）
悵然若失。
我們都明白，明天太陽還會(huì)升起，但并不是這一個(gè)太陽。
或者，換句話說：太陽照常升起。但那是另外一個(gè)我們。
內(nèi)心某種堅(jiān)固的，也隨著時(shí)間而瓦解了。
所以，真正的傷感是同樣的日月。而某種看不見的神奇消散了。
before用空鏡頭表現(xiàn)gone的空虛和殘忍。
人走了，日常的景物也染上了一層憂愁。
第一部的片尾，第二部的片頭。配合巴赫的奏鳴曲，有他們走過的街道。
主人公不在場(chǎng)，而世界照常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。這才是真的“太陽照常升起”。
人物留下了氣息，就像詩人留下的含混的句子。
人散后，一鉤新月天如水。
你的憂愁無處訴說。
那么，為什么對(duì)于年輕人，三年五載就可以是一生一世？
因?yàn)闀r(shí)間綿密而扎實(shí)。
十八年后，我們承認(rèn)，對(duì)于時(shí)間的回憶，只有提綱挈領(lǐng)的閃光。
其余的都在淡漠中消磨掉了。
一個(gè)夜晚，也可能固化為一個(gè)硬塊兒。
我們終其一生，也許靠某一小時(shí)的分泌物活著。
而Jesse的策略，總是會(huì)到after去看before。
十八年前，他勾引Celine下車，就用了這樣的技巧，他說：想想吧，多年以后，你的垂垂老矣，你會(huì)想起這一段有趣的往事。
十八年后，他再次扮演了時(shí)間旅行者的角色。他說：你正在經(jīng)歷轉(zhuǎn)折期。
Jesse再次用after賦予before以含義。

一部原本可能只是略帶實(shí)驗(yàn)性質(zhì)的話嘮電影系列卻一不小心以九年一部的速度來到了18年后的今年。今年圣丹斯電影節(jié)后充滿期待的五星電影《午夜之前》，在USC的點(diǎn)映看過之后，甚至超越了之前的期待，在這個(gè)看似窠臼話嘮主題中完美地講了一個(gè)滿意可愛的故事。
十八年之后的Jessie和Celine這回來到希臘度過夏天的假期。兩人已有了女兒，而Jessie和前妻的兒子都已經(jīng)14歲。電影開始的長(zhǎng)鏡頭里，身為父親的Jessie異常窘迫地對(duì)在機(jī)場(chǎng)要登上回到芝加哥飛機(jī)的兒子Hank問這問那，不自然地不像一個(gè)四十多歲的父親?；氐杰?yán)?，他告訴Celine，我覺得身為一個(gè)父親，我沒有在他從小長(zhǎng)大的一段時(shí)間里完完全全地陪著他，他上了高中，上了大學(xué)之后就完全離開我了。就這樣Jessie和Celine一路開車到了希臘的小鎮(zhèn)，開始了他們的夏天之旅。
之所以不再繼續(xù)講述劇情，是因?yàn)樽鳛檫@個(gè)系列的第三部，《午夜之前》很好地繼承了前兩部作品的風(fēng)格，還是一部長(zhǎng)鏡頭接著長(zhǎng)鏡頭，背景配樂簡(jiǎn)單到極致卻又恰到好處，風(fēng)格不急不緩?fù)七M(jìn)的舒服的話癆片，更多的值得玩味之處在對(duì)話和臺(tái)詞。十八年后，Celine由當(dāng)年的non-for profit的公益工作開始考慮要不要去為政府工作，因?yàn)檫@次可能不一樣（This one might be differnet），Jessie離了婚和Celine了女兒卻一直覺得沒能盡到一個(gè)好父親的責(zé)任，沒能夠多在芝加哥陪陪自己的兒子Hank。這其實(shí)倒不見得是“向生活投降”這么簡(jiǎn)答的結(jié)論，而是可能隨著年齡增長(zhǎng)，他們和我們都學(xué)會(huì)了以更平和沉穩(wěn)的態(tài)度去對(duì)待身邊的人和事情。
比如在餐桌上和希臘有人們的對(duì)話的場(chǎng)景非常有趣。小年輕們說“不管怎么說，我們最終都是會(huì)break up，結(jié)了婚的最后還是會(huì)divorce的對(duì)吧？”，大家聽后很無奈“你們太現(xiàn)實(shí)了吧”。Jessie和Celine就講起了當(dāng)年的相遇的故事（Celine這個(gè)地方的表演非常好玩）。而真正打動(dòng)人的，是老奶奶講得最后的故事：“我的丈夫已經(jīng)去世了。當(dāng)他還在的時(shí)候，睡覺時(shí)他總是把胳膊放在我的胸前，有時(shí)候我都沒法順利呼吸了，但我感到內(nèi)心很平靜很滿足很安全”。他去世了我了之后，我覺得他真的就一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)消失掉了，我努力想要記著她的眼睛的顏色、嘴唇的形狀、皮膚的觸感，他的一切。但最后還是消失了。但時(shí)不時(shí)的他又出現(xiàn)在那里。有時(shí)候我抬頭看天空中的云，突然一片散開了，他的臉出現(xiàn)了，隨后又消失了。生活大概也是這個(gè)樣子，我們一邊出現(xiàn)，一邊消失。我們對(duì)一些人很重要，但我們也匆匆而過（We appear and we disappear, and we're important to some, but we're just passing through）。
影片中的別具慧心的小段子比比皆是，而且這次完全不像前兩部的討論那么拘謹(jǐn)和認(rèn)真，很值得觀眾慢慢細(xì)想。比如還是聚餐上討論的中年女子說的小段子：“我的祖母是一個(gè)護(hù)士，專門在重癥昏迷病人恢復(fù)醒來后告訴他們，你現(xiàn)在沒事兒了，一切都會(huì)好的。所有的女患者醒來后第一反應(yīng)就是問：我的丈夫兒子朋友們都還好么？所有的男患者，所有的，無一例外，問的都是：我的cock還好么？”。
如果說剛開始看這個(gè)片子，看到Jessie和Celine在十八年后衰老的樣子還不禁有些傷感的話，隨著情節(jié)對(duì)話的展開，觀眾還是能夠慢慢自然接受時(shí)間留下的印記而心平氣和地和劇中的他們一樣接受時(shí)間帶給他們的平靜和淡定。影片結(jié)尾更加精妙，沖突大吵之后的兩人坐在夜色下海邊的桌椅邊沮喪地爭(zhēng)吵之后，生活變成了原來的樣子，依然有趣，依然耐人尋味。
終于，時(shí)間最后留下的不再是讓我們唏噓的感慨，而是讓我們心平氣和坦然生活的動(dòng)力。
PS：最后，Julie在這部片子里表演的尺度非常大。這片子起碼PG13的rating了......(寫完了之后幾周查了一下，這片子評(píng)級(jí)居然是Rated R......)

十年一覺揚(yáng)州夢(mèng)，說不上矯情的念想
話癆片1995年的《Before Sunrise》（《愛在黎明破曉前》）和2004年的《Before Sunset》（《愛在黃昏日落時(shí)》）系列，已經(jīng)在希臘拍完第三部《Before Midnight》（《愛在午夜降臨前》）。預(yù)計(jì)2013年上映，一個(gè)九年再加一個(gè)九年。的確至今已是八年。像這種一共兩個(gè)演員，不停說話撐90分鐘的片子，全看編劇的功力。結(jié)果前兩部片子不少人的評(píng)價(jià)是“年輕時(shí)候看得汗毛都豎起來了......句句臺(tái)詞都讓你覺得“我也是這么想”的電影”。這就有點(diǎn)兒像是這么多年來陪著你一起長(zhǎng)大的朋友，和你慢慢變老?？粗@種電影，聽那些臺(tái)詞里面的想法，也是看自己這么些年的變化。1995年《Before Sunrise》上映的時(shí)候，Ethan Hawke時(shí)年25歲，Julie Delpy那時(shí)26歲。2004年的時(shí)候，分別是34歲和35歲，到現(xiàn)在43歲和44歲的兩位又該說些什么，很是期待。
前兩部的電影內(nèi)容是“偷得浮生半日，換取相知一世”這樣的情節(jié)，只是面對(duì)時(shí)間，好像多說什么都未免顯得矯情與做作。歡愉短暫，快樂來臨之時(shí)，你便知道很快消失，于是很努力認(rèn)真地過著快樂時(shí)每一秒。結(jié)束之后，或者不再念想，或者偶爾拿出來自己看著笑笑。經(jīng)年之前的無數(shù)美好和痛苦，每每覺得自己好像已經(jīng)忘了，或者一個(gè)夢(mèng)境，或者一個(gè)場(chǎng)景，或者一個(gè)聲音一種味道，總是各種各樣熟悉地提醒自己經(jīng)歷過的不論開心還是難過的一切。
王國(guó)維寫《人間詞話》，高中一年級(jí)的時(shí)候書店買了一本，書非常薄，小小一本，其中一句印象深刻“最是世間留不住，朱顏辭鏡花辭樹”，那時(shí)只覺優(yōu)美對(duì)仗有意境，多年后再看，卻只覺悲涼可惜。杜拉斯寫的小說《情人》中的開篇如是寫道：“我已經(jīng)老了，有一天，在一處公共場(chǎng)所的大廳里，有一個(gè)男人向我走來。他主動(dòng)介紹自己，他對(duì)我說：“我認(rèn)識(shí)你，永遠(yuǎn)記得你。那時(shí)候你還很年輕，人人都說你美，現(xiàn)在，我是特為來告訴你，對(duì)我來說，我覺得現(xiàn)在你比年輕的時(shí)候更美，那時(shí)你是年輕女人，與你那時(shí)的面貌相比，我更愛你現(xiàn)在備受摧殘的面容”。一位同學(xué)語"所有的一切經(jīng)歷都是自己當(dāng)初選擇的結(jié)果，無論好壞，無論如何，怎樣的結(jié)果，都是自己選擇的結(jié)果。不管生活往下的展開如何，也都是自己的選擇，自己都一并承擔(dān)"，這話挺不卑不亢，在時(shí)間面前剛剛好，人總是難抵抗生活的不仁慈，結(jié)果并非“也只能這樣”隨波逐流。
《Before Sunrise》片中Julie Delpy印象深刻的一段臺(tái)詞：“你之前提到過以后幾年的光景，一對(duì)夫妻會(huì)開始厭惡對(duì)方，對(duì)彼此的一舉一動(dòng)都了如指掌因此而感到厭煩，我想我會(huì)有相反的發(fā)展，我對(duì)一個(gè)人越是了解就越是能真正的去愛他，他會(huì)梳某種頭發(fā)，他會(huì)穿哪件T恤，他在某種場(chǎng)合一定會(huì)講的故事，我相信那會(huì)是我愛一個(gè)人最真實(shí)的境界”
十年一覺揚(yáng)州夢(mèng)，夢(mèng)境再美好或者再恐怖，醒了之后，總還是要接著走的。

王國(guó)維寫《人間詞話》，高中一年級(jí)的時(shí)候書店買了一本，書非常薄，小小一本，其中一句印象深刻“最是世間留不住，朱顏辭鏡花辭樹”，那時(shí)只覺優(yōu)美對(duì)仗有意境，多年后再看，卻只覺悲涼可惜。杜拉斯寫的小說《情人》中的開篇如是寫道：“我已經(jīng)老了，有一天，在一處公共場(chǎng)所的大廳里，有一個(gè)男人向我走來。他主動(dòng)介紹自己，他對(duì)我說：“我認(rèn)識(shí)你，永遠(yuǎn)記得你。那時(shí)候你還很年輕，人人都說你美，現(xiàn)在，我是特為來告訴你，對(duì)我來說，我覺得現(xiàn)在你比年輕的時(shí)候更美，那時(shí)你是年輕女人，與你那時(shí)的面貌相比，我更愛你現(xiàn)在備受摧殘的面容”。一位同學(xué)語"所有的一切經(jīng)歷都是自己當(dāng)初選擇的結(jié)果，無論好壞，無論如何，怎樣的結(jié)果，都是自己選擇的結(jié)果。不管生活往下的展開如何，也都是自己的選擇，自己都一并承擔(dān)"，這話挺不卑不亢，在時(shí)間面前剛剛好，人總是難抵抗生活的不仁慈，結(jié)果并非“也只能這樣”隨波逐流。
《Before Sunrise》片中Julie Delpy印象深刻的一段臺(tái)詞：“你之前提到過以后幾年的光景，一對(duì)夫妻會(huì)開始厭惡對(duì)方，對(duì)彼此的一舉一動(dòng)都了如指掌因此而感到厭煩，我想我會(huì)有相反的發(fā)展，我對(duì)一個(gè)人越是了解就越是能真正的去愛他，他會(huì)梳某種頭發(fā)，他會(huì)穿哪件T恤，他在某種場(chǎng)合一定會(huì)講的故事，我相信那會(huì)是我愛一個(gè)人最真實(shí)的境界”
十年一覺揚(yáng)州夢(mèng)，夢(mèng)境再美好或者再恐怖，醒了之后，總還是要接著走的。

If you stick around through the closing credits of Before Midnight, the latest film in the trilogy that also includes Before Sunrise and Before Sunset, you’ll see that the movie is dedicated to someone whose name even the most die-hard fans have never heard before: Amy Lehrhaupt. Almost 25 years ago, Lehrhaupt met a young man named Richard Linklater and spent a night with him that he never forgot. Their encounter inspired Linklater to conceive and direct Before Sunrise, the first film in the series. She never saw it, though; unbeknownst to Linklater, by the time that movie came out, Lehrhaupt was dead.

Even in the midst of that romantic night, the filmmaker in Linklater couldn’t help but consider its cinematic possibilities. In a 2004 interview with the New York Times, he remembered “walking around [thinking], ‘If I could just capture this feeling I’m having right now,’ instead of actually having that feeling.” On a recent episode of the podcast The Q&A with Jeff Goldsmith, he recalled mentioning the movie idea to Lehrhaupt that night:

But as the night came to an end, the paths of Linklater and Lehrhaupt began to diverge from the fictional storyline of Jesse (Ethan Hawke) and Céline (Julie Delpy). In fact, on The Q&A, Linklater revealed that the ending of Before Sunrise was in part a response to what happened with him and Lehrhaupt. Unlike Jesse and Céline, who agree to reconvene in six months, the real-life young lovers exchanged numbers and tried to keep in touch while they were away. They called each other a few times, but it was “that long distance thing” that did them in. “It sort of did the fizzle,” he says, “So in the first movie that was a thing, the idea that they would intellectually kind of get beyond that and say ‘Well, we’re on different continents. What are the odds that it’s gonna work. Let’s just commit to this night.’ ”

Linklater only learned of her death three years ago, when a friend of Lehrhaupt’s, who knew about the encounter, put it together and sent him a letter. “It was very sad,” Linklater told the Times. Ethan Hawke was similarly devastated when he heard it, though he reminded Linklater that if he hadn’t met her, then he never would have made these movies or met some of the people who worked on them with him. “Who knows how we reverberate through each other’s lives,” Linklater reflected in another interview, “But she’s an inspiration on this.”

第三部反而代入感特別強(qiáng)了，感覺在女主身上看到幾十年后那個(gè)依然很作的自己，人愿意來哄你就已經(jīng)很好了，女文青這脾氣啊，真是不適合生活的典型，做不到三從四德逆來順受，給一點(diǎn)愛就受寵若驚，完全以男方為中心就不是賢良淑德了么，反正我也做不到。再過56年我也還是現(xiàn)在這個(gè)挑剔，別扭的脾氣。
第一部時(shí)還愿意有更多的轉(zhuǎn)換場(chǎng)景，更多的配樂，更多的更像電影的呈現(xiàn)方式。到此時(shí)，電影本身就是生活本身。這是導(dǎo)演的野心，也是自信。交談、爭(zhēng)吵與和好，爭(zhēng)論與妥協(xié)。其實(shí)，他們還是18年前那一對(duì)年輕的男女。抓住人心的不是電影，永遠(yuǎn)都是生活本身。
作為Before的系列路，我終于在中年危機(jī)這里轉(zhuǎn)了粉。Sunrise太甜，Sunset偏酸，只有Midnight酸甜苦辣都入了味。數(shù)度被臺(tái)詞戳中，我不得不一再提醒自己：那些只是臺(tái)詞，它們不是真的。

所以說想要長(zhǎng)久地在一起，必須是有一方一直不厭煩地陪著做戲。
他們的愛情一直讓我想到哈利對(duì)莎莉最后的表白，“如果你知道自己想和誰一起度過余生，你會(huì)希望余生開始得越早越好。”十八年，從相遇相愛到這一部中被生活歷練過的愛，柴米油鹽和時(shí)間沒有磨平愛情，反而讓愛變成了一種習(xí)慣，太了解彼此，于是越來越難戒掉。期待九年后的續(xù)集了！★★★★★
只有我關(guān)注引發(fā)吵架的生活問題其實(shí)一個(gè)都沒解決嗎？
雖然之前的爭(zhēng)吵真實(shí)得讓人糟心，但結(jié)尾逐漸拉遠(yuǎn)的鏡頭仍讓人感動(dòng)。前兩部的浪漫與激情都變成了書里的故事，這一部則完全生活下來。各種雞毛蒜皮的瑣事只是一個(gè)假設(shè)，關(guān)于如何讓愛延續(xù)一生。生活中總會(huì)有這樣那樣的矛盾，人也會(huì)變老（比如半裸的朱莉·德爾佩卻很難讓你覺得性感）問題是我們?nèi)绾伟み^去。
“他們竟然____了”模式開啟。從愛情的偶然到愛情的實(shí)然，浪漫也終于被相處的實(shí)用性取代?！熬拖袢粘鋈章洌覀兂霈F(xiàn)，我們消失，可最終只是經(jīng)過?！蹦切┈嵥榈臓?zhēng)吵怨念放在時(shí)間的河里似乎也就不算什么了。他最后向她朗讀了一封40年后的來信——原來前18年還只是序曲，我流淚了...
能讓所有投入的心血精力時(shí)間感情不白費(fèi)功夫，除了寬容忍讓，就是彼此的幽默和釋懷，純粹的完全真實(shí)的百分之百的愛情無法存活，請(qǐng)接受對(duì)方的缺點(diǎn)和過錯(cuò)，忽略皺紋和嘮叨；幻想和另一個(gè)誰會(huì)有更好結(jié)局，至多讓你有勇氣談?wù)摗皭邸保@是奢侈的虛偽的笨拙的；請(qǐng)接受眼前現(xiàn)狀吧。
“我雖努力，卻難于去親近自己心愛的人”經(jīng)歷了平淡、爭(zhēng)吵、否定、相濡以沫所有最真實(shí)的感情狀態(tài)，18年過后，最難的是仍對(duì)彼此保有激情。上一次看到這么純粹的愛情電影，還是九年前。伊桑朱莉理查請(qǐng)你們9年后準(zhǔn)時(shí)回來，哪怕拍不動(dòng)了、聊不起了、原地靜坐90分鐘，也好啊。期待2022年的第四部。
飛一般的超越，硬生生的被朱莉的嘴炮給弄哭了。。那些隨口就能背誦莎士比亞臺(tái)詞的人們是多么的可惡啊！那些吃個(gè)下午茶都在談?wù)軐W(xué)談人生的人們是多么可憎啊！那些連夫妻吵架都引經(jīng)據(jù)典的男女是多么可怕啊！對(duì)彼此來說我們多么重要，可最終還是過客，我失去你，不是以死亡為界，而是再一次。。再一次。。
真實(shí)的不像話。換在9年前，我會(huì)看不下去兩人婚后的絮絮叨叨、不斷地吵架及和好，放到現(xiàn)在，卻“心有戚戚焉”?；ハ嗾勰?、互相傷害、互相妥協(xié)、并肩前行。愛人只不過是“經(jīng)過”了你生命的那個(gè)人，而這份“經(jīng)過”也請(qǐng)好好珍惜。
為了看第三部，特意重溫了前兩部。還把《戀人絮語》找出來讀了下。期待第四部Before Death（愛在棺材盒蓋時(shí)）……
黎明和黃昏后最自然最真實(shí)的承接。年輕時(shí)對(duì)愛情，社會(huì)以及人生的觀點(diǎn)和展望被中年后那些圍繞著家庭，婚姻以及職業(yè)展開的爭(zhēng)吵和不滿所替代。即便如此，依舊是妙語連珠，吐不完的激情和浪漫。若不是當(dāng)初的深情，怎會(huì)有今夜的碰撞？片尾那封來自未來的信設(shè)計(jì)得太美妙了。讓我們9年后再相見吧。
結(jié)婚快10年互相之間還有這么多話可講，還有性生活，這他媽不是真愛是什么？
