We advocate that the enlightenment modernity of May 4th literature and the revolutionary modernity of left-wing literature should be eliminated by the aesthetic modernity of daily life. Perhaps it is of positive and constructive significance to revisit the century-related propositions such as subjectivity, nation-state, freedom and independence with the concept of modernity for expanding the space and time of modern Chinese literature and redrawing the territory of modern Chinese literature. In addition this one is a good example.
