雖然對我來說很多概念都很舊，但有人在世界上踐行這一切理念，非常感激。必須重新檢視1950s甚至以前的農(nóng)業(yè)模式，在這些事上面，我感受到使命的召喚。
比起那些叫嚷幾句的嘴炮家，這些絞盡腦汁想對策的人更可愛。
快進(jìn)看完 I’m cheap but I don’t cut on gettin’ quality food. I’m so glad to see these farmers/scientists doing what they do.
很netflix流的有機(jī)環(huán)保型食品紀(jì)錄片：小清新的配樂、大光圈對焦眩光、對大工業(yè)化的譴責(zé)，再配上參與者的滿足感言和受益者幸福的微笑。就像官方評論的那樣：一部農(nóng)業(yè)食品安全紀(jì)錄片該有的樣子。對于其中提到的新鮮麥子磨粉對做面包發(fā)酵活躍度的影響很有感觸。適合各種葉公好農(nóng)的小清新情結(jié)患者。
很美，看完很感動。雖然不覺得轉(zhuǎn)基因和食品中安全范圍的添加劑是壞的，但是他們的理念還是很棒的。

看的很有感觸，不種地的人是真的不了解農(nóng)藥化肥會對整個生存環(huán)境造成怎么樣的影響，人類最大的悲哀就是無止境的貪婪

顏值挺高，不太preachy，看了心情不糟，還能有食欲的紀(jì)錄片。雖然沒有劃出很多新知識點，但給知識點補(bǔ)充了更直觀的感受。好多熟臉，還有我男神。（計劃天氣轉(zhuǎn)暖就自帶小板凳去偷窺男神上班）
確實需要一部分人來探索和追尋如何保護(hù)土壤保、護(hù)環(huán)境和更提供更好更健康的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，但是這一切的前提是需要全民解決溫飽問題。畢竟第一個全面開搞有機(jī)農(nóng)業(yè)的國家斯里蘭卡已經(jīng)宣布破產(chǎn)了。
太棒了，看到了生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的希望!
